Soya Manchurian
Ingredients:
Soya (Chura) : 250 grms
Mushrooms : 100grms
Onions: 2 ( medium, cut into small pieces)
Spring Onions: 4-5
Garlic: 4-5 cloves
Vinegar : 4 tea spoons
Chilli 2 Green (As you Like)
Seasoning Herbs : 1 tea spoon
Ginger powder: 2 tea spoon
Red Chilli Powder: 1tea spoon (for color only)
Oil : 7tea spoon
Method :
Boil the Soya, and drain out the water. In a bowl, mix the Soya,ginger powder, red chilli powder and vinegar and keep aside. In a non-stick ware, heat oil and add the processed onion,and the garlic together and saute it for five mins.
Add the Soya chunks, red chilli powder and the green chillies and fry for some time until the onlions take the colour of the Soya.Add one tea spoon Vinegar, if you lack the crunchiness of the chunks. Add the spring onion leaves, and the onions separately within one minute gap, add the herbs, let the water dry up, add salt to taste, pour half cup water to mix all the ingredients if required.
Serve hot with your fav. dressing and enjoy.
